Mental Crisis, Birth and Postpartum Support

Postpartum Experience

Rachel offers compassion and personal experience guidance for new parents navigating the complexities of postpartum experiences. Drawing from her personal journey, she creates a safe space for individuals to express their feelings and challenges while receiving guidance from her own personal experience which few professionals have.

Birth Trauma Recovery

I completely understand the profound impact that birth trauma can have. Without the coping and meaning strategies I now employ my own recovery from the birth trauma I suffered would have been unbearable. This, I believe allows me to provide the correct balance of support to help individuals process and heal from their experiences. My approach is tailored to each person's unique story, fostering resilience and recovery.

Conception Fears & Trauma

The fear of getting pregnant again after a previous post partum trauma is very real. Our Community Help Forum is designed to allow you to discuss your fears openly.
